Due to the speed of Harry Meschke's hang play, the audience is transported into a completely new world of sound. The overtones merge with the rhythmic elements into sometimes meditative times, then again almost an exploding ensemble. Listen and enjoy!
Harry Meschke got in contact with HandPan (Hang) for the first time in 2007 and ever since has been inextricably linked with these instruments. Far away from the conventions of music, he ventures forward by constantly changing rhythms and percussion techniques into a world of new experimental sounds.
The history of Handpans is still at its beginning – this is reason enough for Harry Meschke to see exploring this instrument as a life-task and to not to put it out of his fingers anymore.
